Homemade Easter Rice Crispy Cakes
A timeless favourite for the Easter festivities. This is a quick and easy bake for any kitchen and a great activity to do with the children over the easter break.

Ingredients
Method
- 200 Grams Milk Chocolate
- 75 Grams of Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 Bag of Mini Chocolate Eggs
- Paper cupcake liners
- Break up chocolate into square pieces.
- Boil water and place a heat proof glass dish over the pan, making sure the dish doesn't go into the water.
- Gently stir until all the chocolate pieces are fully melted.
- Take of the heat and place the glass dish onto a heat proof mat or tea towel.
- Fold in rice krispy cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer into the cupcake cases evenly and place a mini egg on the top.
- Let cool completely before serving.
